I specialize in issues pertaining to adults such as relationship issues, mild to moderate depression, anger, trauma, anxiety and lack of focus and self-esteem. I also specialize in issues pertaining to adolescents and children such as child anxiety, depression, social issues and low self-esteem. I realize that it is very important to be sensitive and supportive to people’s needs as well as their preferences.
I am a strong believer that people can benefit from counseling services by receiving the help and support they need. I believe every individual is unique and different therefore I have different techniques, methods and tools I use to better assist the individual.
